The layover tour begins when your tour driver-guide meets you up at Abu Dhabi Intl airport and directly drives heading to The Grand Mosque of Sheikh Zayed.
The Grand Mosque was opened in 2007 after 10 years of construction costing nearly 2 AED billion.
The mosque is well-renowned for its Islamic fine decoration elements which were brought from different countries in the three old continents to promote the values of coexistence and tolerance. Including Spanish marble. Iranian carpets and the German 24-carat golden seven chandeliers.
The tour continues to visit the presidential palace of Qasr Al Watan.
The palace completed its construction in 2017 celebrating the heritage and culture of the country.
It was open to the public two years later in 2019.
The palace is colored in white with a façade of white granite and limestone. It is distinguished with its 350,000-piece crystal chandelier.
Qasr Al Watan Palace consists of two main wings; The Eastern one which is also known as “House of Knowledge” in favor of its 50.000 books library and The Western wing with its halls that are used for official purposes.
After the visit is completed; We make our way back to the airport.

The tour requires at least 10-12 hours of stopover to be completed.
Tour operates daily from 0800 am. except Fridays from 0200 pm.
A stopover tour is provided only on a private basis.
Abu Dhabi Airport is about 37 KM from the city`s downtown. Airport transfers are included in the quotation.
Qasr Al Watan is open for visits on a daily basis from 1100 am to 0630 pm.
Qasr Al Watan may get closed for a visit for official reasons with prior notification.
