Jan found us at the airport while we were trying to get some Wifi connection, and that already showed us how resolutive he is. We had another issue and he solved it immediately and with ease.
We travelled just as a couple, so he fully adapted the trip to our needs and wants and maintained some great entertainment while doing so, making sure we avoided excessive crowds.
Our tour lasted 14 hours and he made sure we got as much as possible out of it.
I will for sure recommemd him to everyone I know that visits UAE.
